About Farman Delivery Services

Farman Delivery Services L.L.C. (FDS) is a last-mile delivery services company based in Dubai. We provide delivery riders to businesses and manage the people side of delivery work – recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day coordination. Our slogan, “Your Reliable Delivery Partner”, describes what we aim to be for every client.

Our Dubai base

Our office is at Warehouse 12, 14B Street, Al Quoz 4, Dubai, and is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (closed on Sunday). The office team coordinates riders and is the point of contact for clients and applicants.

How we support business clients

We discuss each client’s requirement, agree the scope, availability and terms, and then onboard and coordinate the riders who carry out the work. Clients work with one company for rider supply and day-to-day coordination.

Local and international recruitment

FDS recruits in the UAE and internationally. We currently recruit from India, Sri Lanka, Ghana and the Philippines, with visa and driving-licence arrangements made according to the applicable requirements and the agreed package.

Onboarding, equipment and ongoing coordination

New riders are onboarded before they start work. For confirmed roles, FDS provides equipment such as SIMs, and cycles for cyclists. Once working, riders are supported by our office team and use the FDS Employee Portal for their information, account details, available payslips and requests.
