Delivery riders and operational support for businesses

FDS provides delivery riders to businesses and manages their recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day coordination. FDS also runs delivery-rider operations on projects for Careem, talabat and Keeta. The sections below explain each service and what you can discuss with us.

Delivery-rider provision

What FDS does: provides delivery riders for last-mile delivery work. Riders are recruited and onboarded by FDS before they start and are coordinated by our office team.

Recruitment and onboarding

What FDS does: recruits riders in the UAE and internationally, handles visa and driving-licence arrangements for international riders where applicable, and onboards riders before they begin. For confirmed roles, FDS provides equipment such as SIMs, and cycles for cyclists.

Coordination and support

What FDS does: our Dubai office team coordinates riders day to day and follows up on assignments. Riders use the FDS Employee Portal for their information, account details, available payslips and requests.
