FDS Employee Portal

Registered and approved FDS employees can sign in to the FDS Employee Portal, which brings together the information employees ask about most. Personal account details are shown only to the signed-in employee; some notices and the performance leaderboard are shared with all employees.

What employees can do in the portal

• Profile – work, contact information, documents and work history.

• Company Assets – assigned bike and SIM information.

• My Account – account information and available monthly payslips.

• Requests – submit a request (Book Garage, Salary Advance or Other Request) and follow its status. Requests remain subject to review and approval.

Rider badges & monthly bonus

Platinum – score 85 and above – AED 100
Gold – score 70 to 84.9 – AED 70
Silver – score 55 to 69.9 – AED 40

Eligibility, monthly review and approval apply. Approved bonuses are added to the following payroll. These figures describe the current documented programme and are not guaranteed earnings.
